To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
  1. (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host { Parajunkee.com } and any one else you want to follow on the list
  2. (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers - http://startingthenextchapterbooks.blogspot.com/
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  6. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
  7. If you're new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!
This week's question:

Q. Keeping with the dystopian and apocalypse theme that seems to be running rampant on parajunkee.com, I have one very hard question for you: If you were stocking your bomb shelter, what books would you HAVE to include if you only had space for ten?

Wow...how difficult is that? I culled this list down from sixty four to ten...*sigh* MY RESPONSE in no particular order:

1. To Kill a Mockingbird  by Harper Lee

2. Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell

3. The Thornbirds by Colleen McCullough

4. The Sum Of All Fears by Tom Clancy

5. The Collected works of William Shakespeare

6. Debt of Honor by Tom Clancy

7.Interview With A Vampire  by Anne Rice

8. 1984 by George Alwell

9. The Book Of Joby byMark Ferrari

10. A Painted House by John Grisham.

Have a great weekend everyone

  1. Hey Sooz, thanks for stopping by my blog and following also...can't beat that. Best not get my mind into that whole "down under" subject as it'll just end up in the gutter.
Thanks for the follow and I'm now following you or at least will be once I finish typing this message!

  2. Thanks for stopping by. I keep meaning to read 1984, it's one of the few dystopians I haven't actually read! I do own it though, so that's a good step in the right direction. Too bad its competing with like 60 other books TBR! Oh well, I'll get around to it eventually! :)
