Follow Friday***Easter Edition April 22nd 2011.

To join the fun and make now book blogger friends, just follow these simple rules:
  1. (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Host { Parajunkee.com } and any one else you want to follow on the list
  2. (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers - http://thecaitfiles.blogspot.com/
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say hi in your comments
  5. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don't just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don't say "HI"
  6. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love...and the followers
  7. If you're new to the follow friday hop, comment and let me know, so I can stop by and check out your blog!
 The Cait Files

Hey I'm Caitlin and I live and study in England. I only started blogging recently (actually, yesterday was my 2 month blogoversary!) and I mainly did it because my reading habits had become rather stale; I was only reading the newest books by authors I knew I liked, and constantly re-reading stuff. I started stalking book blogs and released just HOW many books I'd love are out there! Then stalking other blogs wasn't enough; I wanted to be involved too! It's a great community and I enjoy it alot. Plus, I consider it to be 'productive procrastination' from my university work aha.

I mostly read YA; and usually paranormal YA, but I also enjoy adult PNR and UF. However strangely enough; my 3 favourite books aren't paranormal at all. Top of my list is The Virgin Suicides, closely followed by Saving Francesca, followed by The White Darkness. The best book I've read so far this year has to be The Restorer by Amanda Stevens!

Happy Follow Friday!

This weeks playlist...
I'm on a nostalgia kick this week...so here goes.
1. anything by the carpenters.
2. queen all albums
3. led zeppelin all albums
4. eric burdon and the animals
5. the rolling stones

Have a wonderful Easter everyone.

  1. We human beings are mostly visually-attuned so that may be the reason why most of us really judge books by their covers. But a great synopsis and an awesome title can also help in convincing me to pick up a book.

New follower from the hop! Have a great weekend :D

  4. I don't listen to a lot of the older stuff, mostly just from the late '90s and on.

  5. Old time follower saying howdy and Happy Easter. I too LOVE Queen so there'd be no fighting between the two of us on a long road trip.
